Internal release agents

Under optimal conditions, the use of internal release agents allows a significant reduction of external release agents while still achieving smooth and clean demoulding.

The finished parts can be processed directly without additional steps such as cleaning, resulting in outstanding cost-efficiency.
Our internal release agents do not affect the chemical or physical properties of the resin. They are free of silicones and waxes and are suitable for acrylic resins, polyester resins, and epoxy resins (pultrusion, gelcoat, etc.).

Additives

We offer a specially developed additive, designed and optimized for use with our semipermanent release agents of the Mikon® series.

In combination, it ensures higher process reliability and further improves the surface quality of the finished parts.
Our additive reduces surface tension, providing better flow and improved substrate wetting while preventing the formation of craters and “fisheyes.” Additionally, it increases the scratch resistance of the finished surfaces.
