Bladder Coatings

Our standard and high-performance bladder coatings are used in tire manufacturing as start-up aids when new curing bladders are installed in the vulcanization press.

In this application, the products act as both release agents and lubricants. Their use significantly reduces the defect rate during start-up operations.

Our semi-permanent bladder release coatings are designed to replace conventional inside lubricants and ensure excellent release performance between the tire and the curing bladder.

Thanks to specially selected polymerising components, the release film provides durable performance and enables a high number of consecutive demouldings per application.
