Release agents for moulds and hoses

For the production of elastomer parts, advanced semi-permanent polymer release agents have been developed, offering optimized performance characteristics.

A key focus has been placed on ensuring broad application versatility.
Our products are suitable for nearly all common elastomer types, including NR, SBR, EPDM, HNBR, VAMAC, AEM, ACM, as well as sulfur- and peroxide-cured systems.

• No transfer to the moulded parts
• Temperature resistance up to 200°C (392°F) or 300°C (572°F), depending on product variant
• Reduced residues on the mould surface
• No separation behaviour
• Frost-resistant

For hose manufacturing, we offer specially developed mould release agents and lubricants tailored to the specific requirements of this application.

These products are water- and solvent-free, completely silicone-free, and suitable for both cold and hot moulds as well as mandrels.

• Good re-lubrication effect on the mandrel after vulcanisation in the autoclave

• Readily biodegradable
• Suitable for all common rubber types
