Batch-off release agents

Our batch-off release agents are applied to unvulcanized rubber compounds and effectively prevent sticking of sheets, strips, or pellets during storage and transport.

The products provide excellent wetting and release properties and are suitable for all elastomer types, regardless of compound hardness or tackiness.

Anti-corrosion additives

Our anti-corrosion agents are specifically developed to effectively protect metal moulds and components against corrosion during storage.

At the same time, they are compatible with rubber in rubber-metal applications.

Additives

Our additives are universally applicable to all rubber compounds except silicone rubber.

Their use enables excellent release performance, significantly reducing or even eliminating the need for external release agents and lubricants.
In addition, they improve the dispersion of the compound during the mixing process.
