As a response to the increasing demand for efficient, environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions in tire manufacturing, Münch Chemie offers innovative permanent release coatings for tire moulds.

These water-based products ensure consistently high tire quality and enable a stable production process over tens of thousands of demoulding cycles.

Semipermanent mould release coatings

All our semi-permanent mould release agents for the tire industry enable a high number of demouldings per application and do not transfer to the manufactured tires.

The products are water-based, free from solvents and offer high temperature resistance up to 300 °C (572°F).
