Mould release agents

Solutions for composites processing

To meet the high demands of the GRP and CFRP processing industry, we offer both semipermanent (solvent- or water-based) and classical (wax-based) release agents.
This allows you to always select the product best suited to your individual requirements and process conditions.

Semipermanent external release agents

Our portfolio includes easy-to-use, semipermanent high-tech mould release agents that eliminate the need for waxes.

A single application allows multiple demouldings thanks to the strong adhesion of the film to the mould surface, without transferring any release agent to the finished parts. This enables further processing, such as bonding or painting, without additional treatment. At the same time, it produces high-gloss surfaces and prevents buildup of release agent layers in the mould.

Water-based release agents

Our semipermanent, water-based release agents are universally suitable for porous surfaces and for processing thermosetting resins such as polyester, epoxy, and phenolic resins, as well as PUR gelcoat.
They form films with excellent slip properties, making them ideal when easy demoulding without surface impact is required.

Additionally, we offer specialized products for powdered epoxy resin formulations (so-called powder adhesives).

Solvent-based release agents

Our semipermanent, solvent-based release agents are universally suitable for processing thermosetting resins, including polyester, epoxy, and phenolic resins.

Classical external release agents

Classical release agents are primarily wax-based. Our wax-based, silicone-free, solvent-based products are characterized by short drying times and universal applicability.

A single application allows multiple demouldings after a short initial curing period. The release agent film significantly improves demoulding and delivers excellent results even at elevated temperatures.
In addition, our classical release agents can be used as corrosion protection for steel moulds, weather protection, and as a lubricant at higher temperatures.
