Solutions for polyurethane processing

We offer liquid internal release agents for the processing of polyurethane foams and polyurethane elastomers. The use of these products enables a partial or, depending on the application, complete reduction of external release agents.

Our internal release agents do not affect the chemical or physical properties of the polyurethane. The manufactured parts can be directly varnished or bonded.

Our products are suitable for the processing of PU elastomers, rigid foams and integral skins, and can be used in all common processes such as RIM, RRIM and SRIM.

Product characteristics
  • Universally applicable for numerous PU systems (integral foams, rigid foams, PU cast elastomers, polyether and polyester systems), with the exception of flexible foams
  • Silicone-free products
  • Do not impair the chemical or physical properties of the PU system
  • High release performance
  • Reduce the need for external release agents or eliminate them entirely
  • Minimise residues on the mould surface
