To meet the specific requirements of rotational molding, we have developed high-quality semi-permanent mould release agents that enable reliable and cost-efficient production.
Rotational moulding is one of the most established processes in plastics manufacturing and is primarily used for the production of industrial containers. The resulting components are characterized by excellent resistance to impact and mechanical stress.

Our portfolio includes ready-to-use external release agents, available in solvent-based as well as solvent-free and water-based formulations, suitable for use with all common thermoplastics.

The Rotorelease® product range forms a highly durable release film after curing, delivering excellent performance even when processing highly abrasive materials. Thanks to its strong chemical bonding to virtually all mould surfaces, a high number of release cycles can be achieved per application.
At the same time, there is no transfer to the moulded parts, allowing for further processing such as painting or bonding without any additional pre-treatment.
