Cosmetic tire paints

The cosmetic tire paints developed by Münch Chemie are applied to the tire surface after vulcanisation and provide either a matte or glossy finish.

Despite their water-based formulation, the products offer short drying times. Our cosmetic tire paints are suitable for use on both new and retreaded tires.

Lubricants

We offer high-performance lubricants specifically developed for mounting tires onto rims, both for testing applications and final tire assembly.

Our products provide excellent lubrication during tire mounting without causing unwanted rim slip during subsequent inspection.
By eliminating soaps from the formulation, a neutral pH value is achieved, helping to prevent corrosion.

In addition, sensitive seals in supply lines are not exposed to alkaline media, which contributes to extended maintenance intervals.
