Münch Chemie is pleased to present two new, highly efficient release agents for rubber processing.
Release Agent MK-229/11
- ready-to-use semipermanent release agent, based on water
- MK-229/11 can be air delivered
- for the purpose of processing all elastomer types, except silicone-rubber
- easy handling
- reduced build-up on the moulds
- no transfer to the moulded parts
- better wetting of the mould surface
- excellent release performance
- temperature stable up to 300°C
- very good results with rubber-metal-combinations and rubber-plastics-combinations (e.g. with NR for the automotive suppliers)
- no separation
- suitable for different hardness values by Shore A: from 20° up to 90°
Release Agent MK-513 conc
- low-budget product
- universal release agent
- water-based
- for the purpose of processing all rubber types except silicone rubber
- conventional release agent with semi permanent character
- concentrate product: can be diluted up to 1:100 with water
- very good results with the conveyor belts production.
- with a dilution of 1:1, 160 to 200 meters (e.g. 16 to 20 cycles) can be released
- by comparison: with silicone solutions, an application is necessary for each release
- MK-513 conc. is also suitable for:
- the purpose of processing EVA (shoe industry)
- the production of moulded rubber parts
- the production of rubber-PU-sheets from recycled rubber (rubber granulate bonded with polyurethane)
