Münch Chemie presents its new release agents used in elastomer processing, especially in the manufacturing of rubber shoe soles: Release Agent MK-8027 – aqueous release agent concentrate that can be diluted with water in a very high ratio – and Release Agent MK-229/11/G2 – ready-to-use water-based, semi-permanent mould release agent that is available in liquid and aerosol form.
MK-229/11/G2 and MK-8027 feature excellent release performance with regard to most commonly used rubber types (particularly SBR and EVA), with the exception of silicone rubber.
Furthermore, build-up on the moulds caused by depositions of pigments, anti-aging agents, resin residues etc. is reduced considerably when MK-229/11/G2 or MK-8027 is used.
